How do I set up my login credentials?

To set up your login credentials, please refer to your “Welcome to Novi” email sent from Support. From there, please follow the step by step process listed here.

I did not receive my verification email

If you did not receive your verification email that will allow you access to our platform, be sure to check your spam folder! If it’s not there, your email system may not accept our automated emails - please reach out to Support and the team will manually create your temporary login credentials. You may reset your login by following these step by step instructions here.
